How to Reset Your Zara Password

Start the reset
From the Zara login screen, click Forgot password. Enter the email or phone tied to the account. Zara sends a link or six-digit code to that contact.
Verify your identity
Open the email or text and follow the link or enter the code. If 2FA is on, expect a second prompt.
Choose a strong new password
Use 12-16 characters minimum. Never reuse a password from another site — password reuse is the most common cause of account takeovers.
No access to email or phone?
Use Zara's account-recovery option. You will be asked for identifying information (last orders, payment method, ID). Recovery can take 24-72 hours.
