Eligibility

Request the exchange
From the order page, choose Exchange instead of Return. Pick the new size/color; Etsy ships the replacement when it receives your return.
Fast exchange
Some Etsy categories ship the replacement before you return the original — a small authorization hold covers the second item until the first is received.
