Tracking Numbers on LEGO Shop, Explained
A tracking number is the package's unique ID with the carrier. You usually do not need to use it directly — but knowing it helps when you call the carrier or use third-party trackers.
Find the tracking number
Click the tracking link on the LEGO Shop order page; the number appears at the top. It is also in the shipping-confirmation email.
Use it on the carrier site
Paste the number into the carrier site's tracking form. The carrier may show extra info (estimated time of arrival, delivery options) not visible on LEGO Shop.
Multiple numbers per order
Multi-package orders have several tracking numbers — one per shipment. The order page lists all of them.
Frequently asked questions
Are tracking numbers reusable?
Carriers reuse number ranges over years, but each shipment is unique within its active window.
Why is the tracking number invalid on the carrier site?
Often it has not been scanned yet. Wait 24 hours after shipment.
