How to Register on H&M
Registering on H&M is the same as opening an account, but the term is sometimes used for the wider onboarding flow — including confirming your email, adding an address, and setting communication preferences. Here is the full path.
Start the registration form
On the H&M home page, click Register or Create account. The button is normally in the top-right corner on desktop and inside the menu on mobile.
Fill in your details
Provide your name, email, phone, and a strong password. H&M validates each field in real time — fix any flagged errors before continuing.
Confirm your email
Check the inbox of the address you used. A confirmation message from H&M contains a link or code. Click or paste it within the time limit shown (usually 24 hours).
First settings to change
Add a shipping address, set communication preferences, and add a backup contact method. Configuring these now saves time at first checkout.
