Preparing for shipment
The warehouse has the order and is picking items. No action needed.
Shipped
The package is in the carrier's hands. Tracking scans now appear.
In transit
Moving between facilities. Updates can be sparse on long routes.
Out for delivery
On a truck or with a courier for today's round. Most platforms expect delivery within hours.
Delivered
Marked as delivered to your address. If you cannot find it, wait 48 hours then escalate.
Exception / delayed
Something went wrong — weather, missed connection, address issue. Tracking explains the reason in a brief note.
