How to Track Orders on eBay
Tracking on eBay is built into the order page. The same flow works for own-fulfilled and third-party seller orders.
Open the order page
Go to Your Orders in your account menu. Each order has a Track package button that opens the live tracking view.
Switch to the carrier site
For third-party carrier shipments, the tracking page links out to UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local equivalent. The status updates faster on the carrier site sometimes.
Tracking in the app
The eBay app shows live tracking and (in supported regions) push notifications for major status changes.
